As the requirement for smaller Bluetooth headsets grows bigger and bigger, manufacturers have launched during last years many tiny ones. Motorla H9 Miniblue is one of them. Let’s see how tiny it is and if it satisfies the consumers’ needs. As the name says it comes in blue. Too bad Motorola doesn’t embrace the Pink bluetooth headset trend for ladies.

Measuring only 1.2 by 0.8 by 0.5 inches the H9 Miniblue comes in a nice, stylish, round black and silver shape and weighs less than one ounce. So we can say it is a small and quite lightweight Bluetooth headset. Its entire front face houses the multifunction button which is large, gives a good feedback and is easy to press. The volume controllers are on the left and right spine and can be reoriented depending on your preferences. They are pretty small but is easy to find and press them.

Motorola H9 Miniblue is an in-ear headset, but the lack of an ear loop will not disturb you, as long as there are different size eartips which offers the possibility to keep the headset securely fitted as long as you choose the right size. The audio quality are decent even when the volume is set to a lower level and callers will hear you just fine too.

Call options include answering, ending, rejecting, as well as call muting, last number-redialing, putting a call on hold or transferring a call from the phone to the headset. It also support voice dialing, call waiting and conference calling. So, even if it’s small it has multiple options. You may find that the H9 Miniblue has a pretty short time of talk, this being just 1.5 hours. But Motorola handled this deficiency by including a charging case with its own battery which can be used to recharge the headset when you are on the move. This will help to extend the talk time up to 7.5 hours. The headset and the case are charged together with an AC-adapter.

So if you intend to buy one of the smallest Bluetooth headset around which is well equipped, comfortable, offers good sound quality you have to consider Motorola H9 Miniblue as an option.
